All in-stock orders are shipped quickly. (Personal checks must clear before items shipped.) To check the status of an order, just email us with your order number.

Please note that it is possible that an item or two that you order may be out of stock. If that is the case please accept our apology. We will ship those items on your order that are in stock and available for shipment at the time of your order.

Orders generally ship in 2 days or less, subject to availability from the distributor. Delivery time for normal Standard shipping from our warehouse to you (after shipping) is usually 3 to 6 business days. Orders specifying "Overnight" shipping must be placed by 6am (Central Time Zone) in order to ship that day. Orders placed after 6am will be shipped "Overnight" on the following business day (we ship Monday through Friday.) Please note that we ship 'Overnight' via the US Post Office. There are some locales that are not 'guaranteed' overnight by the USPS, but 'best effort' to do so - these locales may take two days to deliver. Since this is the case, we cannot guarantee that the USPS will deliver your package the next day. See shipping charges below.

All items* may be returned for a full refund (minus 10% re-stocking fee per item, or $5 per item, whichever is more. Shipping (to you or return to us) is not refunded.) PLEASE NOTE that this re-stocking fee also applies to orders placed, but cancelled before shipment if the order has already been processed, charged and packaged for shipment. Customer is, in all cases, responsible for return shipping charges. In all circumstances, merchandise must be returned within 14 days for exchange (in case of defective merchandise) or return.

PLEASE NOTE that any item(s) ordered that do not arrive by the time purchaser desires remain subject to re-stocking fees.

If a package is returned to us (by our shipping carrier) because the 'Ship to' address was entered incorrectly on the order form, customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee, or $5 per item, whichever is more, PLUS the difference of $6.99 and ACTUAL shipping costs. If you desire the item be reshipped, ACTUAL shipping costs, plus $3 will be charged.

Standard shipping (normally US Post Office First Class Mail) is usually used when a 'discount shipping coupon' is used with orders.
Standard shipping for orders up to $7.99 is $3.99.
Standard shipping for orders up to $22.99 is $4.99.
Standard shipping for orders up to $49.99 is $5.99.
Standard shipping for orders over $49.99 is $6.99. Brides Tree Sets will ship USPS Priority Mail.
Overnight shipping is $32.99.

All shipping to Canada ($6.99) will be shipped via US Post Office. Customer is responsible for any import fees/duties.
